Lakeshore Talent is in search of an In-Home Services CNA for a direct hire opportunity in Denver, Colorado. This position is with a well-established and mission-driven healthcare organization, dedicated to supporting the health, wellness, and independence of older adults.
The In-Home Services CNA plays a critical role in delivering compassionate, hands-on care to participants in their homes. This includes support with activities of daily living, restorative care, and regular health monitoring — all in accordance with individualized care plans. This role requires a balance of clinical skill, communication, and a genuine passion for serving the elderly.
Position Details:
- Location: Denver, CO
- Travel Required: Yes – travel to homes within a 30–40 mile radius (mileage reimbursed)
- Schedule: 2 Shifts Available
- Wednesday – Saturday, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm MT
- Sunday – Wednesday 7:00 am – 5:30 pm MT
- Pay Range: $23.00 – $27.00/hour
- Type: Direct Hire
Must-Haves:
- Active and valid Colorado CNA license
- Current BLS and First Aid certifications (American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted)
- A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with the frail or elderly
- High School Diploma or GED (or relevant experience in lieu of education)
- Previous home care experience
Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish, Russian, Punjabi, or Hmong is a strong plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist participants with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting
- Monitor vital signs, appetite, skin condition, and functional abilities
- Provide mobility support, including ambulation, transferring, and positioning
- Follow care plans and document care per regulations
- Support home health services under the direction of nursing and therapy staff
- Report changes or incidents to clinical supervisors promptly
- Participate in ongoing training and attend at least 12 hours of in-service education annually
- Maintain accurate visit records and participate in Quality Management (QM) activities
- Ensure assigned duties match your training and experience
Onboarding Requirements:
- 4-panel drug screen
- Background check
- Proof of current BLS and First Aid certifications
