Lakeshore Talent is currently seeking a receptionist for one of their clients, a well-known Oil and Gas company, based out of Denver, Colorado. This is an in-office temp to hire position and pays $20-$21 per hour (depending on experience).
Background and drug screen required upon hire.
As the receptionist you will be responsible for answering phones, email, and mail, while keeping up with the day-to-day functions of the office this will include but not limited to organizing conference rooms, restocking the snack bar, and keeping the kitchens in the office clean and organized.
- Organize conference rooms.
- Answer phones
- Answer emails
- Check mail.
- Restock snack and coffee bar.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Friendly and professional
- Need to be able to push a cart (no heavy lifting) but need to be able to move around cupboards and cabinets.
- Eager to learn.
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a receptionist is a plus!
