Lakeshore Talent is currently seeking a Customer Support Representative for one of their clients, a manufacturing company based out of Denver, CO. This is an in-office, contract to hire position paying $20/hr.
Background check and drug screen required upon hire.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing orders recieved by phone, fax, email and EDI.
Job Duties:
- Provide customers technical information on products
- Process customer orders
- Consult with Technical Director and relay necessary information to customers
- Administrative work including filing, recording of quites, and compliant issues
- Staff the will-call counter for drop-in customers
- Responsible for handling a shared email inbox
- Correspond with clients via email responses
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Must be able to multi-task and pivot quickly
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication
