Lakeshore Talent is currently seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager for one of their clients, a well-known entertainment company. This is a remote direct hire position and pays 85K-110K (depending on experience).

Job Description:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for both growth and long-term retention strategies that increase participation and upsell as well as identifying opportunities for acquisition, re-engagement, and churn reduction.
Job Duties:
- Develop and execute comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategies to nurture customer relationships, increase engagement, and drive revenue across our company network.
- Own and manage the company Email and SMS marketing calendar, ensuring that email communications are aligned with key brand messages, campaigns, and business objectives.
- Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design, build, and automate customer journeys, including welcome series, transactional messages, promotional campaigns, and re-engagement efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to create compelling and relevant content for email and SMS communications.
- Segment customer data effectively to deliver targeted and personalized messages that align with customer preferences, behaviors, and lifecycle stages. Work closely with the IT and Data Warehouse team to ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor, analyze, track, and report campaign performance metrics in Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI, to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
- Plan and manage a rigorous A/B test calendar, tracking performance and sharing out results/recommendations to the wider teams to drive campaign optimizations and future email strategy.
- Monitor and guide the franchisee-level (locally executed) email program, from providing best practices and guidance to the franchisee network to monitoring IP and Domain data, to understanding the impact of the program.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in email and SMS marketing, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support broader marketing initiatives and serve as the go-to project manager for all things email.
Qualifications:
- Expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing, with a strong emphasis on customer lifecycle management (SMS preferred)
- Must be VERY Data driven and analytical.
- Effective communication & partnerships – this role has cross collaboration with IT, Data Warehouse, and marketing team.
- Experience with HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in segmentation strategies, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization techniques.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective email and SMS marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and customer retention.
