Lakeshore Talent is partnered with a prestigious healthcare organization in their search of a fully Remote Applications Analyst to support a hospital in downtown Chicago, IL. Project to move Kronos/UKG’s new platform, known as Dimensions. The Hospital system is just beginning the build and is anticipating a go-live for Advanced Scheduling for the first pay period of FY24, with timekeeping and Analytics going live on Dimensions in February.

Pay: $58/hr 

Shift: Fully Remote after onsite training, candidates must live in the Chicago metro area for training purposes. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, design, develop, test, implement, and maintain systems; analyze, design and build workflows to meet the needs of users

• Gather, validate, and translate technology requirements into design and development specification while providing product management

• Analyze and diagnose system problems, identify root cause

• Address technical issues that occur during installation and maintenance

• Complete/coordinate the preparation, coding, testing, and debugging of programs

• Identify and clarify reporting needs and expectations with end users

• Other related duties as assigned

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 3+ years of related experience

• Dimensions experience preferred, as well as current Workforce Central and Advanced Scheduler.
