We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for making a positive impact in their community to fill several entry-level Administrative Coordinator openings in collaboration with a nonprofit organization based in Aurora, CO. This is a full-time, hybrid position that pays $17.22-$18.72 per hour and offers comprehensive benefits.

You will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to various roles and work processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Establishing and managing organization, distribution, and communication systems
  2. Providing administrative support to staff members
  3. Managing service plans and billing data for service providers, including data entry and addressing billing issues
  4. Researching participant’s service utilization and history
  5. Communicating with external partners regarding service plans
  6. Performing database maintenance

What You Bring: 

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid Colorado motor vehicle license and proof of motor vehicle insurance
  • Driving requirements – no suspensions and no more than two (2) tickets in the past three (3) years
  • 3+ years of administrative support experience, preferred
  • Experience in human services or nonprofit fields, preferred
