Lakeshore Talent is seeking a skilled HR Data Analyst to support a global organization based out of Denver, CO. As an HR data analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining HR data accuracy and supporting data-driven decision making within the organization, while working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

This is a remote position open to candidates across various time zones in the United States and pays $32-$38 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to uphold HR data integrity.

• Identify and resolve data issues, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Analyze and trend HR data, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting tools.

• Collaborate with business, Payroll, IT, and HR teams on data management activities.

• Provide support for data entry into SAP and SuccessFactors

• Correct data issues within HRIS systems

• Develop and update HRIS documentation and standard operating procedures

• Perform system maintenance testing for upgrades and enhancements

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in HR Data Management roles or similar

• Proficiency in SAP, SuccessFactors, and Excel

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data quality

• Ability to handle tight deadlines and multitask effectively

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources (or a related field), preferred
