Lakeshore Talent is seeking a skilled HR Data Analyst to support a global organization based out of Denver, CO. As an HR data analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining HR data accuracy and supporting data-driven decision making within the organization, while working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
This is a remote position open to candidates across various time zones in the United States and pays $32-$38 per hour.
Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain quality control procedures to uphold HR data integrity.

Identify and resolve data issues, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Analyze and trend HR data, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting tools.

Collaborate with business, Payroll, IT, and HR teams on data management activities.

Provide support for data entry into SAP and SuccessFactors

Correct data issues within HRIS systems

Develop and update HRIS documentation and standard operating procedures

Perform system maintenance testing for upgrades and enhancements
What You Bring:

2+ years of experience in HR Data Management roles or similar

Proficiency in SAP, SuccessFactors, and Excel

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Detail-oriented with a commitment to data quality

Ability to handle tight deadlines and multitask effectively

Bachelor’s degree in human resources (or a related field), preferred
