We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant for the leasing department in a local nonprofit based out of Denver, Colorado. This is an in-office, direct hire, position and pays up to $21 per hour.
Background check and proof of COVID & Flu Vaccination required upon hire.

Job Duties:

  • Scheduling appointments

  • Schedules and participates in in-person resident meetings to collect required documentation.

  • Conduct apartment inspections & enter the deficiencies into the work order system.
  • Preparation of certification notices and distribution to residents.
  • Make copies of all required documentation & return originals to resident.

  • Send notices by the 1st of the month for residents to sign recertification.

  • Communicate concerns regarding personal or social tenant problems that arise that are not of a leasing nature.

  • Maintain resident files and various leasing data spreadsheets. 

  • Archive tenant files to storage.


  • Associate degree or one to two years’ experience

  • Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to speak effectively one-on-one or to groups.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook contact management systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
