Lakeshore Talent is seeking a Help Desk Support Technician for a large hospital organization based in Aurora, CO. This is a 6 month contract to start with potential for extension at the end and has hybrid flexibility.

Pay: $27-$28/hr
Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Schedule: Monday – Friday, hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically (typically handling 40-70 calls/day)
  • Mobile Device and Printer Support
  • Troubleshoot workstations and connectivity for devices
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Previous exp in a hospital healthcare environment preferred
  • Exp troubleshooting Windows & Macintosh devices preferred;
  • IT related certifications related to Microsoft 365/Azure or other certifications preferred
  • MECM, SCCM, Citric, VPN, and Apple support, preferred
  • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
  • Prior working experience of ticketing systems/documentation
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
