We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic and global organization headquartered in the Denver Tech Center. As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive, high-level support to the Chief Technology Officer and the Development Team. This position will start as a 9 month contract with a pay rate of $30-$40 per hour (depending on experience).  This employee must be in Colorado and needs to be comfortable going into the office, likely 2-3 days a week. It may be more or less depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and schedules for the CTO and up to 5 members of the Development team
  • Coordinate and prioritize meetings, appointments, conference calls, considering time zones and availability
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, documents, and presentations as needed
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CTO and Development team, screening and prioritizing incoming communications
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of senior leadership
  • Assist in project coordination and tracking, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on schedule
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Perform general administrative tasks, suck as filing, document management, and office supply management
  • Anticipate the needs of the CTO and Development team, proactively identifying opportunities to improve their workflow and productivity

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of prior experience as a senior administrative assistant, business assistant, or executive assistant
  • Proficiency in calendar and schedule management, with experience supporting multiple executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, while adapting to changing priorities
  • Background check and Drug Screen (including THC) required upon hire
