What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects
  • Analyze project data, identify trends, and provide insights for informed decision making
  • Prepare and present clear and concise reports on project progress, issues, and performance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
  • Assist in managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring timely communication of project updates
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement within the project management framework
  • Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders
  • Identify and assess project risks, implement risk mitigation strategies, and contribute to contingency planning

What You’ll Bring:

  • Prior experience in project management or related
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, etc.)
  • Familiarity with project management processes, frameworks, methodologies, governance, and compliance requirements
  • Basic understanding of project budgeting and financial managements
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

What You Can Expect:

  • Hours: Full-time position starting as an 8 month contract with potential for extension and/or permanent hire 
  • Remote Flexibility: Hybrid schedule with at least one day a week in office in Greenwood Village
  • Pay: $36 hourly
