We are seeking a seasoned, efficient, and organized Business Assistant to provide comprehensive and high level support to several senior leaders of an international organization based in Denver, CO. 

This position will start as a 9 month contract with a pay rate of $32-$39 per hour (commensurate with experience). This employee must be in Colorado and should be amenable to working in the office 2-3 days a week and remote the remainder of the week. The actual on-site attendance may vary, depending on business needs. 

 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and schedules for senior leaders
  • Coordinate and prioritize meetings, appointments, conference calls, considering time zones and availability
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, documents, and presentations as needed
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips (domestic and international)
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of senior leadership
  • Assist in project coordination and tracking, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on schedule
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

 
Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of prior experience as a senior administrative assistant, business assistant, or executive assistant
  • Strong experience in calendar and schedule management
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, while adapting to changing priorities
  • Prior experience managing and coordinating projects, preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Concur, and SAP is highly valued
  • Background check and Drug Screen (including THC) required upon hire
