Lakeshore Talent is partnered with one of the world’s leaders in quick service restaurants in their search for a top-tier Administrative Assistant to support 3 key players with heavy travel and calendar management. This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days in the office each week (Monday and Friday remote)

Pay: Up to $28/hr based on experience. This will be starting as a 12-18 month contract role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Large amount of travel coordination for multiple stakeholders (about 3-5 stakeholders)
  • Significant calendar management for multiple stakeholders
  • Assisting with projects, data/document storage, expense reports, document production, and internal team communications
  • Meeting coordination, setup, workshop planning, coordinating between vendors, suppliers, internal stakeholders and teams

 

Requirements:

  • 3 years of recent experience with heavy calendar management supporting multiple people at Director level or higher.
  • 3 years of experience booking heavy domestic and international travel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking skills; proactive, positive, collaborative team player.
  • Intermediate-level experience and proficiency with MS Office products and virtual meeting tools; advanced skills in PowerPoint, Teams, WebEx and Outlook.
  • Experience writing meeting agendas and kicking off meetings.
  • Project management skills.
