Lakeshore Talent is searching for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join a team of dedicated HR professionals within the restaurant/hospitality industry for our client. The HRBP will ensure the workforce remains engaged, supported, and motivated to deliver their best every day.



Temporary position with potential to convert into a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

100% Remote with 20% travel- candidates MUST live in CO or AZ.

Pay: $50-55/hr


Team Overview:

As part of the HR team, you’ll join a group of three HRBPs who provide dedicated support to different district operations managers across three territories in support of two Director of Operations and their management teams. With a company-wide headcount of 5,000+ employees, the HRBPs play a crucial role in driving people initiatives, fostering internal customer support, and enhancing HR functional excellence.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field preferred.
  • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, etc.) highly preferred.
  • 4-5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries.


Scope of Work:

As an HRBP, you’ll be at the forefront of executing HR programs and initiatives, driving process improvements, and providing invaluable guidance to our business unit managers. Your role will encompass everything from workforce planning and talent reviews to employee relations support and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting HR programs and initiatives such as workforce planning, performance management, and talent reviews.
  • Leading people projects and influencing stakeholders to drive execution and achieve desired results.
  • Providing proactive Employee Relations (ER) support, conducting investigations, and advising during disciplinary procedures.
  • Contributing to staffing, onboarding, and retention strategies to ensure a high-performing workforce.
  • Building effective relationships with leaders to develop strategic HR solutions that address business challenges.
  • Reinforcing our company culture through HR programs, policies, and interactions.


Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficiency in utilizing HR metrics to track and improve key processes.
  • Restaurant/hospitality industry specific HR experience required.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage through ambiguity.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide constructive feedback.
  • Experience in performance management, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Customer-focused with a strategic mindset and strong execution skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
