Lakeshore Talent is currently seeking a Desktop Support Administrator for one of our clients, a global IT company for their office in Crawfordville, FL. This is an in-office contract to hire position and pays $29.50 per hour.

Background check required upon hire.

Job Description:
As the Desktop support Administrator, you will report to the Regional Desktop Operations Manager to contribute to the resolution of on-site and remote service requests.

Job Duties:

  • Identify issues using analysis and then implementing temporary or permanent fixes to restore service to the customer.
  • Install, configure, and support computing technology.
  • Accountable for hardware and software inventory.
  • Perform executive, conference room, and meeting support which could include assisting with meeting setup, conference room technology and other solutions.
  • Provide IT related tasks after hours, on weekends, and during holidays for executive escalations, outages, emergency situations, moves, etc. (both during regular on-call rotation and outside of regular on-call rotation)
  • Service requests include supporting PC Hardware, operating systems, software, mobile devices, executive support, conference room technology and printers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in English in a business environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in desktop or IT help desk experience
  • Experience in Office 365, Windows 10, Windows 11, Mac OS, Teams, VOIP, Remedy, JIRA, network printers, SCCM, Bomgar, provisioning mobile devices.
