We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a global organization based in Denver, CO. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in a project dedicated to transforming current business process flows/documentation into ServiceNow IT Service Management (SNOW ITSM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and requirements
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
  • Document current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Develop and propose innovative solutions that address business challenges and align with organizational goals
  • Assess the potential impact of proposed solutions on business operations, resources, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate findings, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with proposed solutions and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Create comprehensive documentation and training, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process diagrams


  • 5+ years of working experience as a Business Analyst
  • At least 1 year of experience documenting business processes for ITSM efforts
  • Prior experience with SNOW ITSM 
  • Advanced proficiency in business process analysis, including a deep understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, encompassing technical and business-focused contexts
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail in documentation
  • Background check and drug screen required upon hire


  • Project Length: 7 months to start
  • Location: Fully Remote (Applicants must reside in and be authorized to work in the US)
  • Pay Rate: $75 – $82 hourly
