Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a Healthcare Data Tech company located in Greenwood Village, Colorado in their search for an Executive Assistant. This is a hybrid contract to hire opportunity, paying $30- $35 an hour.

Overview: The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the CEO and President. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned administrative professional to directly contribute to the success of an executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess impeccable organizational skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional results.


  • Efficiently coordinate intricate schedules for executives and experts, managing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements meticulously.
  • Act as a proficient liaison among executives, staff, clients, and external partners, exhibiting tact and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Aid in project management by monitoring progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Proactively anticipate challenges and take initiative to resolve them independently, leveraging available resources to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
  • Facilitate seamless and efficient travel arrangements, ensuring comprehensive itineraries for executives.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks, preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure in demanding environments
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
