We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and enthusiastic Power Platform Developer to support the dynamic IT Department of a company based in Denver, CO. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the flexibility of mostly remote work and occasional on-site requirements. Candidates must reside in Colorado or be open to relocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the Microsoft Power Platform for end-to-end business application development (including designing, building, implementing, and maintaining).
  • Design intuitive UIs and customize features of data models, forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, etc. to meet business needs.
  • Manage SQL Server databases and optimize T-SQL queries for efficient data handling.
  • Optimize query performance and ensure real-time problem resolution.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless application functionality.
  • Integrate Power BI reports into Power Apps for enhanced data visualization.
  • Gather user requirements and translate them into effective application designs.
  • Foster positive stakeholder relationships and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and user guides.
  • Implement robust security measures and stay updated on Power Platform advancements.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3+ years of experience developing business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Transact-SQL, and database design
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell), preferred
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and web services, preferred
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, preferred
