We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Administrative Manager to oversee and optimize the administrative processes of a global company based in Denver, CO. 

As the Senior Administrative Manager, you will be at the forefront of the company’s administrative operations, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient management. Operating with autonomy and sound judgment, you will oversee a team of Executive Assistants, guiding them to deliver exceptional support to senior leaders. Your role will be a mix of strategic planning, process optimization, talent development, and fostering a collaborative work environment to drive productivity and effectiveness.

What Will You Do?

  • Lead and direct the Executive Assistant team to ensure a collaborative and productive working environment.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship for professional development of assistants.
  • Enhance executive support efficiency by streamlining administrative workflows and analyzing workloads.
  • Develop, review, and refine administrative processes, policies, and procedures, including project management and change management.
  • Foster effective communication channels between executives and support staff.
  • Cultivate a collaborative environment among assistants to maximize team productivity through knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Resolve issues related to company policies, ongoing projects, and workload analysis.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and retention of administrative talent.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement and special projects, including event planning and logistics.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and global business associations.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors and support the EAs in board meetings.
  • Monitor expenses and aid in budgeting.
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive matters discreetly.
  • Gather and prepare data for administrative reports and presentations.
  • Manage travel and expense reimbursements for leadership via administrative support.

What Will You Bring?

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (or related), or equivalent certifications and work experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and team management skills as well as experience mentoring, coaching, and guiding team members.
  • Experience in providing high-level support to executives including handling complex processes, calendars, travel, meetings, etc., while understanding their priorities and communication styles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional written and verbal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Ability to create a collaborative and supportive team environment to maximize productivity.

  • Competitive salary range of $120k – $143k with an annual bonus offering
