Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with knack for managing documents and a passion for helping people? Apply now for an Administrative Coordinator position to support a dynamic property management company. In this role, you’ll be the cornerstone of the document management process, ensuring that all leases and contracts are organized and accessible. As you grow in this position, you’ll also become a key player in tenant communications and service management.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, file, and maintain physical documents, leases, and related paperwork with precision and care
  • Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and responding to emails
  • Engage with tenants via email to address service requests and generate billable request reports
  • Support the invoice quoting process using Nexus software, ensuring accurate and timely quote preparation
  • Assist with accounting tasks using Yardi software

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience reading and interpreting contracts and leases
  • Background in customer service is highly beneficial
  • Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with Nexus and Yardi is a bonus

Details:

  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Contract Length: 2-4 months to start with potential for extension and/or permanent hire
  • Location: Denver Tech Center
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Pay Rate: $22-$25 per hour
