Lakeshore Talent is looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant to support our client’s Denver office. Reporting to an Executive Assistant, you’ll work closely with the administrative team to manage various administrative tasks, from scheduling meetings to handling travel arrangements in support of the executive team.

Employment type: Temporary
Contract duration: 3-5 months, potential for conversion to a permanent role
Hours: Standard, 8 am to 5 pm Monday- Friday, 100% onsite in Downtown Denver
Pay: $30-$35/hr
 

Responsibilities:

  • Outlook calendar management – schedule and organize complex activities, including meetings, travel, and events.

  • Responsible for scheduling travel including international travel which may include coordination of visas and work permits.

  • Field routine and non-routine inquiries.

  • Compile and reconcile travel expenses; maintaining and submitting expense reports in Concur.

  • Establish and maintain electronic department files.

  • Work independently and within a team on special projects.
     

Qualifications:

  • Prior high level administrative support within a large corporate environment.

  • High level of integrity and discretion with exceptional interpersonal skills. 

  • Technology: proficiency in MS Office Suite including Outlook and Excel; Concur.

  • Basic knowledge of visas/work permits preferred.

  • Prior event planning experience is a plus. 

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work well under pressure.

  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks.
