Lakeshore Talent is currently seeking an HR Service Center Admin for a global organization based out of Denver, Colorado. This is a 6 month temporary position (could be extended) and pays $27 – $30 per hour. This is a FULLY REMOTE role and candidates can live anywhere in the US or Canada. Fluency in French is highly desired, though not a requirement.

Job Duties:

  • Provide friendly, supportive guidance to employees and managers on information requests, self-service transactions, workflow, and HR portals.
  • Assist in HR program and project support, encompassing planning, collaboration, administrative tasks, execution, and result tracking.
  • Manage HR data proficiency including data entry, data clean-up and ensuring data integrity to meet quality control procedures and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate end-to-end onboarding processes, focusing on intake, enhancing customer experience, and refining procedures.
  • Provide comprehensive support in HR Service Center operations, particularly in HR and benefits administration, covering tasks such as Matching Gifts, Health Club reimbursement, and Verification of Employment.
  • Handle purchasing and invoicing administration tasks while driving process enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between the HR team, business partners, and employees, intervening to expedite resolution of process or policy issues as needed.
  • Support testing, distribution list requests, reporting, audits and information requests from legal team and other HR functional partners.


  • 2-5 years of experience in HR
  • Proficiency in French is strongly desired
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR (or related field) preferred
  • Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Benefitfocus
  • General knowledge of U.S federal and state employment laws as well as multi-provincial Canadian employment law preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel)
  • Ability to handle highly confidential material while maintaining professionalism
  • Ability to support multiple time zones across the Americas
  • Background check and drug screen required upon hire
