Lakeshore Talent is currently seeking Compliance Facility Liaisons for a well known client in the Healthcare industry within Denver, CO.  This is a 6 month contract, fully in office opportunity that pays 95k-110k annually.  

Position Overview: The Compliance Facility Oversight Liaison plays a pivotal role in ensuring the compliance, safety, and quality of care. This position is responsible for conducting routine compliance audits, evaluating living conditions, and overseeing adherence to standards to mitigate risks for the company’s participants within the PACE program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with contracted facility providers to conduct routine compliance audits and assessments.
  • Review facility practices to ensure adherence to safety standards and company protocols.
  • Evaluate clinical practices such as wound care and medication administration to meet company standards.
  • Assist with expansion of facility network through initial vetting of new facility contract requests.
  • Monitor survey results and proactively identify adverse findings in contracted housing facilities.
  • Conduct audits of documentation, departments, and functions of contracted providers to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Present audit findings and recommendations to leadership for corrective action planning.
  • Recommend and implement corrective actions to enhance quality of care and contractual compliance.
  • Collaborate with operations staff to address care, quality, or collaboration issues in contracted facilities.
  • Recommend suspension of admissions or contract termination when necessary to ensure participant safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community agencies to manage emerging risk issues in contracted facilities.
  • Design and develop training initiatives in collaboration with Operations and Education Departments to address compliance issues.
  • Support regulatory audits for all PACE programs and state licensing agencies, including mock audits.



  • Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in long-term care or assisted living facilities, with at least 1 year working with frail or elderly populations.
  • Associate’s degree in Nursing.
  • Current knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term and assisted living facilities.
  • Experience in conducting interviews, investigations, and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Strong understanding of elderly care practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), including the ability to interpret and explain complex rules and regulations.
  • Strong negotiation and project leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% between Centers and Contracted Facilities.
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license, personal transportation, good driving record, and auto insurance as required by law.


  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish).
  • Experience working in a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program.
