We are seeking a proactive and professional Administrative Coordinator to support a vibrant organization based in Aurora, CO. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring that the team operates efficiently. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to the success of the company.
Pay Rate: $22-$26 hourly
Schedule: In office daily; Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, scheduling service appointments, providing updates, and addressing any concerns.
- Coordinate the scheduling of service appointments and assign service requests to technicians, ensuring they have the necessary equipment, tools, and materials to complete the job.
- Create and manage work orders for service requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records (inspection reports, insurance information, service agreements, client communications, materials used, billing information, etc.).
- Assist with AR (invoicing, dispute resolution, sending statements, etc.).
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative/customer service role (experience with On-Call Services is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and strong communication skills
- Positive, reliable, and hard working team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma or equivalent
