Lakeshore Talent is currently seeking a Customer Support Representative for one of their clients, a manufacturing company based out of Denver, CO. This is an in-office, contract to hire position paying $21/hr.
Background check and drug screen required upon hire.
Hours: Monday through Thursday – 7 am – 4 pm, Friday 7 am – 3:30 pm.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing orders recieved by phone, fax, email and EDI.
Job Duties:

Provide customers technical information on products

Process customer orders

Consult with Technical Director and relay necessary information to customers

Administrative work including filing, recording of quotes, and compliant issues

Staff the will-call counter for drop-in customers

Responsible for handling a shared email inbox

Correspond with clients via email responses
Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED required
-
Must be able to multi-task and pivot quickly
-
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
