Lakeshore Talent is currently seeking a Customer Support Representative for one of their clients, a manufacturing company based out of Denver, CO. This is an in-office, contract to hire position paying $21/hr.

Background check and drug screen required upon hire.

Hours: Monday through Thursday – 7 am – 4 pm, Friday 7 am – 3:30 pm.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing orders recieved by phone, fax, email and EDI.

Job Duties:

  • Provide customers technical information on products
  • Process customer orders
  • Consult with Technical Director and relay necessary information to customers
  • Administrative work including filing, recording of quotes, and compliant issues
  • Staff the will-call counter for drop-in customers
  • Responsible for handling a shared email inbox
  • Correspond with clients via email responses
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Must be able to multi-task and pivot quickly
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication
