Job Title: Benefits Administrator (Contract to Hire)
Location: Downtown Denver, CO
Work Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Pay: $30-38/hr DOE
Schedule: Flexible- Start time of 7:30 am to 9:00 am
About the Role:
Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a leading company in downtown Denver to fill a Benefits Administrator position. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering the chance to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking organization that values innovation and collaboration. As a Benefits Administrator, you will play a crucial role in designing, managing, and evaluating employee benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits packages, including health, dental, vision, disability, and retirement plans with care and attention.
- Regularly review and evaluate existing benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and provide insights.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with HR team members and external consultants on benefits strategy and compliance.
- Provide guidance to employees to help resolve complex benefits issues and inquiries.
- Lead the annual open enrollment process, including planning, communication, training, and system updates.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding benefits.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on benefits program performance and improvement recommendations.
- Participate in special projects related to benefits, such as mergers, acquisitions, or system implementations, with a focus on enhancing employee experience.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration.
- In-depth knowledge of employee benefits regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on interpreting data, identifying trends, and enhancing employee well-being.
- Previous experience working in Oracle or SAP preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Must be excited to work fully onsite in downtown Denver with a great team.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
