We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources Business Partner. The HRBP will collaborate with leadership and employees across various departments of an international organization to align HR strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Details:

  • Location: Denver, Colorado
  • Hybrid Schedule: This role will be remote 3-4 days per week with on-site requirements 1-2 days per week. Candidates must be located in Colorado.
  • Pay: $75-$80 per hour
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits to include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) options, PTO and holiday pay
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Contract Length: 8 months to start with potential for extension and/or permanent hire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to management, understanding business needs and providing strategic HR support in areas such as workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development
  • Address complex employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify key talent, assess development needs, and implement programs for skill enhancement, career progression, and leadership development
  • Drive organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, workforce realignment, and culture transformation
  • Partner with leadership to assess team structures, roles, and workflows for efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws, and internal company policies
  • Update and implement HR policies and procedures as necessary
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Lead efforts to improve employee satisfaction and engagement
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to attract, hire, and retain top talent
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in an HRBP or similar role
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, specifically SuccessFactors
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in handling organizational design and change management projects
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to take initiative and drive results
  • Ability to adapt and adjust to changing priorities
