Lakeshore Talent is excited to partner with a Denver-based company in the restaurant/retail industry to find a motivated and detail-oriented Total Rewards Analyst. Total Rewards Analyst
Denver, CO- Hybrid schedule, 1 day in office per week.
Salary: $74,000 – $90,000 per year
Annual Bonus: 10%+
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package starting 30 days after the 1st of the month

About the Role:
As a Total Rewards Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the administration and advisement of the company’s benefits and compensation plans. You will help attract and retain high-quality talent while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. You will handle a wide range of responsibilities, including managing benefits administration, compensation analysis, and equity compensation transactions, as well as supporting internal partners and maintaining vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Benefits Administration

  • Assist with the preparation and execution of Open Enrollment.
  • Aid in the design, negotiation, and administration of overall benefit programs.
  • Manage benefit administration through the HRIS (Workday) system.
  • Conduct external and internal reporting, audits, and annual filings for various stakeholders, including vendors, Department of Labor, IRS, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of team members and administration of benefit plans while maintaining compliance with all laws and regulations.
  • Participate in and analyze annual benefits and compensation surveys to provide strategic insights to leadership.

Compensation

  • Contribute to the design and review of compensation plans.
  • Conduct minimum wage audits and ensure compliance.
  • Perform market analysis and benchmarking for new and existing roles.
  • Process all equity compensation transactions, upload data into the equity system, and prepare quarterly reports for Executive Leadership and Board approval.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Field Management to assess competitive labor market issues and trends.
  • Compile, analyze, and process employee performance reviews, merit process, and bonus plan administration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field required.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits and compensation plans or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge required (V-Lookup, Array functions, databases, multi-workbook data entry, etc.).
  • Experience with Stock/Long Term Incentive Plan administration highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Workday, preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  • Motivated, self-directed, and results-driven.
