Lakeshore Talent is seeking a Supply Chain Admin/Buyer for a contract position located in downtown Denver. This role will support the Supply Chain department in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Position Details:
- Location: Downtown Denver, CO
- Pay Rate: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
- Travel: Up to 10%, possibly to North Dakota & Wyoming for vendor meetings
- Work Schedule:
- Option 1: 8.5 hours per day (Monday-Thursday), 6 hours on Friday.
- Option 2: 9 hours per day (Monday-Thursday), 4 hours on Friday
Responsibilities:
- Process and verify the accuracy of department invoices, ensure timely payments, and apply discounts when applicable.
- Request quotes and write purchase orders.
- Handle material transfers and MJEs.
- Update and maintain equipment records.
- Generate and distribute weekly/monthly reports.
- Assist with annual physical yard counts and reconciliation.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word are essential).
- Oil & Gas experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Self-starter, able to prioritize and complete tasks independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Experience with supply chain systems or similar technology is beneficial.
