Lakeshore Talent is seeking a Supply Chain Admin/Buyer for a contract position located in downtown Denver. This role will support the Supply Chain department in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
 

Position Details:

  • Location: Downtown Denver, CO
  • Pay Rate: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
  • Travel: Up to 10%, possibly to North Dakota & Wyoming for vendor meetings
  • Work Schedule:
    • Option 1: 8.5 hours per day (Monday-Thursday), 6 hours on Friday.
    • Option 2: 9 hours per day (Monday-Thursday), 4 hours on Friday 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify the accuracy of department invoices, ensure timely payments, and apply discounts when applicable.
  • Request quotes and write purchase orders.
  • Handle material transfers and MJEs.
  • Update and maintain equipment records.
  • Generate and distribute weekly/monthly reports.
  • Assist with annual physical yard counts and reconciliation.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word are essential).
  • Oil & Gas experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Self-starter, able to prioritize and complete tasks independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Experience with supply chain systems or similar technology is beneficial.
