Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a Healthcare organization in search of qualified applicants for a Behavioral Health Recruiter position.
Salary: Pay is $40-$45/hr. depending on experience and this will be starting as a 2-3 month assignment with potential of extending.
Location: Fully Remote. Laptop, cell phone, and all tools needed will be provided.
Job Overview: The Recruiter is responsible for performing full life cycle recruitment for all assigned requisitions by selecting and delivering high quality professional front line staff candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Performs all aspects of a full life cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions.
- Works with hiring managers to analyze the characteristics, criteria, and needs of open/new positions.
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for various behavioral health positions, including LCSWs, Therapists, Psychiatrists, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
- Builds external relationships with targeted organizations.
- Builds and maintains a talent pipeline.
- Builds and maintains solid working relationships and provides the highest level of service to all internal and external stakeholders
- Effectively utilizes in-house applicant tracking and on-boarding systems.
- Extends offers of employment to selected candidates – verbally and in writing -within the guidelines of companies compensation policy.
- Develops and manages the recruiting budget and ensures that budget stays within necessary guidelines.
- Ensures compliance with established departmental and company policies and procedures, objectives, and state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Utilize various recruiting platforms, networking, and sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Screen, interview, and present candidates to hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
- Manage recruitment processes from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and the organization.
- Build relationships with behavioral health professionals and stay informed on industry trends.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting within the behavioral health industry, including experience with mental health professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field from, and accredited college/university.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and experience in utilizing platforms such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Familiarity with iCIMS or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to engage with candidates at all stages of the hiring process and maintain a high level of candidate satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
