Lakeshore Talent is seeking a proactive, bilingual Support Engineer a team of a leading partner in technology that we are partnered with. This role involves providing technical support for their products in the cable TV, broadband, and Android operating systems sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a good understanding of Android, experience with CRM ticketing systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

Location: Centennial, CO (fully on site)
Salary: $80k-$90k (depending on experience)
 

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support & Issue Resolution: Provide Tier 2 support, assisting customers and internal teams with technical troubleshooting for cable TV, Android, and broadband-related products. Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Firmware Deployment: Occasionally required to stay late for firmware deployments, ensuring smooth updates and minimal service disruptions.

  • Team Collaboration & Support: Work closely with your team and cross-functional departments to address technical challenges, implement solutions, and ensure continuous service improvement.

  • Proactive Initiative: During slower periods, be proactive in addressing potential issues, training gaps, or optimizing internal processes to support overall team goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in technical support or customer service roles within the cable TV, broadband, or Android sectors. Previous work with CRM ticketing systems and technical troubleshooting is highly preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Android OS; experience with cable TV or broadband technology is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

  • Language Skills: Spanish fluency required 

  • Education: Associates degree in Technology, Business, Engineering, or related fields preferred. Candidates currently pursuing a degree are also encouraged to apply.

  • Soft Skills: Strong attitude, self-starter mentality, and the ability to adapt to new challenges. Must be able to work under pressure and take initiative to solve problems.
