HR Leave of Absence Administrator
Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a reputable organization to find an experienced HR Leave of Absence Administrator to join their team. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience managing disability leaves, FMLA, and payroll processes.
Location: 100% Remote, USA
Pay Range: $27-30/hr
Employment Type: Contract, anticipated through May 2025
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage disability leaves internally, including Family Medical Leave (FMLA), Short Term Disability, Military Leave, and more.
- Maintain and update leave records in SAP.
- Track and update leave data in Excel for payroll purposes.
- Complete Department of Labor forms and handle paycheck verifications.
- Collaborate with the HR Service Center team and payroll to process leaves on a weekly basis, meeting strict deadlines.
- Accurately document inquiries and maintain data integrity in all systems.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience managing disability leave processes, including FMLA, ADA, and USERRA.
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong oral and written communication skills and exceptional customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-national/cultural environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented and quality-driven work ethic.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of disability leave programs and related regulations. Ideally 2 years of experience with leave management and administration experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Experience maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business areas and with diverse teams.
- Previous experience working in SAP SuccessFactors is required.
