Lakeshore Talent is in search of a Leave & Workers’ Compensation Administrator to join our client’s HR team on a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. This position offers a fully remote work environment and provides all necessary equipment, including a computer, screens, and phone.

Position Details:


Position Summary

The Leave & Workers’ Compensation Administrator is responsible for overseeing and administering the organization’s workers’ compensation, leave of absence (FMLA and state-mandated), and ADA/ADAAA programs. This role serves as the subject matter expert in compliance, process improvement, and case management, ensuring all programs are managed accurately and in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.


Key Responsibilities

Leave of Absence, FMLA, and ADA Administration (70%)

Workers’ Compensation Administration (30%)
