Job Title: Kitting Associate (aka Mezzanine Associate)

Location: Henderson, CO 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Contract Length: 120 days with potential for permanent conversion

Starting pay: $22/hour

• Opportunity for pay increase after 120-day review based on performance and skills

• Once permanent, quarterly attendance-based bonus program up to $500 (shop floor roles)

Kitting Associate – Role Summary:

This is a critical role supporting production by pulling and preparing materials for all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull and stage materials for production

• Use computer systems (Syspro) to locate materials and jobs

• Assist with inventory and back-order checks

• Support deliveries, fabrication, and inventory as needed

Requirements & Skills:

• Basic computer skills

• Basic math/accounting skills

• High reliability and attendance

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable transportation 

• Sense of urgency and punctuality

• Comfortable working outdoors

Training & Growth:

• Strong cross-training culture

• 120-day review period

• Hands-on training provided

Work Environment:

• Combination of indoor and outdoor work

• Large property requiring walking and material handling

• Team-oriented, fast-paced setting

Safety & PPE:

• Company provides safety gloves, glasses, earplugs, and cold-weather gear

• Employees provide steel-toed boots initially

• $125 boot reimbursement after one year

• Prescription safety goggles can be reimbursed
