Lakeshore Talent is looking for an experienced staffing sales professional to join our Denver team as an Account Executive. This position will focus on serving and expanding our business with an existing client base as well as adding new clients to our portfolio. It will be based out of our Denver office, but is primarily a remote role.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Schedule and conduct client meetings to strengthen existing relationships and generate new job orders and explore supporting new hiring managers and teams within the organization.

  • Communicate with prospective clients via cold calls, warm calls, networking events and the use of social media with the goal of consistently generating business opportunities.

  • Expand and grow our business through relationship development at existing client companies and companies we are currently not working with.

  • Schedule and conduct client meetings to introduce new clients to the value of Lakeshore Talent, with an end goal of establishing a staffing partnership.

  • Prepare and present professional services proposals.

  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to facilitate the placement process, which may include presentation of candidates, interview scheduling, client preparation, debrief and salary negotiation.

  • Act as a market expert to educate our clients on best practices regarding talent acquisition. 

  • Obtain market share in client base

  • Connect with candidates, colleagues and clients on a regular basis to develop and maintain relationships, expand industry knowledge, and generate referrals and leads.

  • Present new and innovative ideas to grow our client base.

  • Manage a book of business; working with hiring managers in many different industries.

  • Collaborate with recruiters and strategically leverage the strength and knowledge of the recruiters to fill job requisitions successfully

 

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree preferred.

  • 2-4 years professional experience in a staffing sales environment

  • Ability to develop customer relationships

  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail 

  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize initiatives and work well building your own book of business

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on warmth, customer service, and engagement

  • Strong internet research skills.  Proficiency in MS office, including Word and Excel.  Ability to grasp cutting edge technologies.
