Lakeshore Talent is seeking an Accounts Payable and Land Contracts Administrator for a home building company located in Centennial, CO. This is a contract to hire opportunity paying $18-$22/hr. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage administrative and accounting related functions including preparation of work orders, processing of invoices, accounts payable, fee payments and budgeting
  •  Facilitate proposal process and issuance of work agreements
  • Perform all aspects of contracting tasks including work order set-up, work order drafting, making sure that signed work orders are in place
  • Set up new vendors and enroll vendors
  • Work closely with Risk Management to troubleshoot all vendor setup issues, insurance renewal issues, master agreement issues etc.
  • Process and approve work order progress payments, retention billings, and utility billings for review and approval
  • Reconcile and research work order accounts for final payment
  • Work closely with accounts payable to track payment statuses and/or resolve non-payment issues for vendors
  • Work with Project Managers and Land Development Administrator to process check requests 
  • Effectively manage multiple projects to meet critical deadlines
  • Create and manage a variety of spreadsheets

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • 2+ years of clerical accounting experience to include Accounts Payable
