Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a Homebuilding organization to fill a position for an Administrative Assistant to support the Operations team in the corporate office located in the DTC. This will be starting as a 1-2 month project with potential to be long-term for the right fit. Pay for the role is $18/hr. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist with coding invoices to ensure they are paid in a timely manner and invoiced to the appropriate parties
  • Act as the back up to the front desk 
  • Sort mail and ensure it is delivered to correct individuals in the office 
  • Supply ordering 
  • Report to the operations team and may assist in other administrative duties

 

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous office experience
