Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a well-known healthcare client in search of a Administrative Assistant for the location in Chicago, IL. This position is a 3 month contract with the potential to extend and/or hire for the right fit.

Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Due to this being in a hospital environment, if selected, candidates must be willing to provide proof of immunizations (TB, MMR, TDap, Varicella, etc) as well as pass a background check and 10-Panel drug test. 

Job Duties:

  • Managing calendars 

  • Taking meeting minutes + setting meeting priorities 

  • Screening and directing emails, mail and phone calls

  • Assisting with creation and preparation of materials presented to senior management

  • Preparing correspondence

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent

  • 3-5 years experience with database management and customer service

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel) required

  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal and virtual communication
