Lakeshore Talent is seeking an Administrative Assistant for one of their educational companies in Honolulu, HI. 

PAY RATE: $23-25/hr
HOURS: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (with flexibility)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing administrative support for the research department
  • Schedule international meetings for pacific time zone
  • Making arrangements for international meetings to include factoring in currency changes when planning and scheduling
  • Proofreading memos for research department
  • Sending out memos and email updates for research department
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Handling meeting agendas for research team and other teams
  • Assisting Communications team with administrative tasks
  • Supporting communications team in writing and sending mass-mailing campaigns, as well as updating social media.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required (Communications or Marketing preferred)
  • Teaching license/experience preferred
  • Must be very organized and self starter
  • Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite
