Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a nonprofit mental health organization in Lafayette, CO in their search for an Administrative Assistant. This will be a four month contract to hire position with potential to turn into a permanent placement. This position is starting full time in the office with potential for work from home flexibility after initial training. Qualified candidates must be able to pass a background check.

Pay is $20.00/hr.

 

Job Duties:

  • Work with PowerPoint and Excel 

  • Have a high level of professional maturity, and must be able to work independently

  • Maintain managements calendar

  • Answer emails on the manager’s behalf (occasionally)

  • Have strong problem-solving skills

  • Greet clients courteously and professionally

  • Must be able to work in a team approach that is collaborative and client centered

  • Have an appetite and desire for learning

  • Track details, manage logistics, and solve problems that may arise

 

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED

  • 1-2 years professional customer centered work experience 

  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office experience, specifically with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Passion to work with clients who have experienced trauma
