Lakeshore Talent is seeking an Administrative Assistant for an educational research company based in Denver. This position will be supporting a VP and Sr. Director. Pay for this position is $24-25/hour.  Candidates must currently reside in Denver, CO or Honolulu, HI.

Administrative Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to both VP and Sr. Director in the research department
  • Project management tasks as assigned
  • Schedule international meetings

  • Make arrangements for international meetings 

  • Proofread memos for research department

  • Send out memos and email updates for research department

  • Attend meetings and take meeting minutes

  • Handle meeting agendas for research team and other teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required

  • Prior administrative experience to include supporting Director-level individuals is required 

  • Must be very organized and self starter

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite
