Lakeshore Talent is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Learning and Development team at the Headquarters of one the world's top quick service restaurants. This is a contract role for about 3 months. We are seeking candidates open to working 30 to 35 hours per week. This role will require being on-site in downtown Chicago. 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing class registrations for on-site and virtual classes
  • Connecting with Management and stakeholders 
  • Coordinating hotel and class room needs for on-site classes and supports the facilitator team and leadership with class material needs, including reporting, prior to, during, and following classes
  • Supporting customer service and sales tasks 
  • Supporting US L&D's execution of priorities as well as departments and projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior knowledge and experience with learning management systems (LMS), Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), WebEx, and Outlook
  • Customer service and administrative support functions such as scheduling, coordination, and reporting
  • Prior Learning & Development (L&D) experience a plus 
  • Restaurant/Retail operations experience preferred
