Lakeshore Talent has partnered with a small company in Chicago. We are seeking a Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join their team.

 

This is a temp to hire role.

 

This is a very unique role as part of it would be spent as a bookkeeper using Quickbooks and the other part would be as an Office Manager ordering lunches and assisting the owner with various responsibilities around the office. This is a great role for someone who likes variety in their work!

 

Required:

-2 years of recent experience using Quickbooks

-Self Starter

-1-2 years of Office Manager experience

-1-2 years of admin experience supporting an executive

 

In the office 3 days a week and remote the other 2.

 

Pay is $27 – $30
