Lakeshore Talent is seeking qualified candidates for an Operations Trainer position in the Greenwood Village, Colorado area. This position will be responsible for the training and development of new hire customer service employees. Qualified candidates will have prior formal training experience, will have strong customer service skills, and will be comfortable presenting to and training groups on average of 15-20 people. Qualified candidates must also reside in the state of Colorado. 

This role will be a contract-to-hire position, working remotely, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM. Pay for this position is $28-$29 per hour depending upon experience. 

What You’ll Do

  • Develop new hire and ongoing training programs for employees within customer service.

  • Oversee training content, activities, and assessments geared towards adult learning principles, different learning styles, and virtual training delivery.

  • Identify new opportunities to improve training content development.

  • Document and maintain operational processes in Word documents.

  • Assist in maintaining and updating the online knowledge management system used by all customer service associates.

What You’ll Bring

  • Background in training in a classroom and/or a virtual environment

  • 3-5 years of formal training experience 

  • 1-2 years of training experience within a call center preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

  • Comfort level with general technical concepts and training of these concepts.

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; communicates, in a timely manner to members of leadership regarding representative progress throughout training and development of training initiatives.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Collaborates well with others in an effort to identify training needs, objectives, and assessment of skills after training has been completed.

  • Holds trainees accountable and assists in nesting phase of training development.

  • Ability to maintain focus, flexibility, and organization

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environment

  • Ability to identify gaps in trainee knowledge, skills, etc.
