Lakeshore Talent has partnered with a large storage and moving company in the Fulton River District. We are staffing a temp to hire Customer Service/Relocation Coordinator role.

This person would be the assistant to the Commercial Salesmen and provide administrative support for the following departments:  Hotel, Warehouse and Fine Arts.

Duties are:

*Type out proposals and send to customer

*Account Management – will have their own accounts/customers to assist with requests

*Answer (30-40) calls per day – also answer calls from switchboard

*Assist customers with requests via email (large volume) or by phone

*Input tickets for scheduling

*Make copies, send faxes, scan documents

*At times assist with billing dept. (send invoices or emails)

Required:

*Must be reliable

*Able to work in a fast paced environment

 *2-3 years of customer service phone or call center experience

 *Quick learner of applications (Word Document, Excel, A.S. 400, Windfall)

 *Type at least 60 wpm, proficient at switchboard, customer

 *Have a service background (experience with customer requests, complaints, etc).

Pay is $15 – $16 per hour depending on experience
