Lakeshore Talent is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for one of their clients, a Denver-based company. This is a remote, contract to hire position and pays $18/hour.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that has strong communication skills, an empathetic nature, and a high degree of self-awareness and the ability to pivot tasks as business needs dictate. This role’s main responsibility is responding to questions and taking action to assist guests in need of assistance through messaging and emails.



  • Provide an exceptional customer experience, using genuine kindness and professionalism, thrilling travelers with over-the-top service throughout the evaluation and booking process
  • Work across multiple booking platforms (such as Airbnb & Vrbo) to answer general questions, and secure and adjust reservations; dexterously move between operating systems
  • Document all activities in the company's CRM (Salesforce)
  • Assign case types and reasons and all other required labeling for existing cases within the Guest Experience work queues
  • Support department goals and service levels by meeting performance standards of 8-10 emails/messages and/or 110 inquiries daily depending on priorities
  • Attend operations meetings to discuss each day's performance goals and action plan



  • Must have access to a personal computer
  • 1-2 years of experience, preferably in customer experience, sales, or hospitality industry
  • Team player: you thrive in a collaborative and fluid environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Strong customer service skills/ professionalism
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Great communicator
  • Self-motivated and results driven
