Lakeshore Talent is seeking qualified applicants for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative position to support the Membership Accounting Team at a large healthcare organization in Lone Tree, CO. This position will start as a 6 month contract with the opportunity to be extended or transitioned to a permanent role.
PAY RATE: $23/hr
SHIFT: 8:00 – 5:00, Monday – Friday
- Receiving and answering inbound calls from patients
- Responding to inquiries and directing calls to appropriate departments
- Determines and maintains eligibility requirements for members and dependents
- Collects premiums and sends notifications of eligibility to members
- Entering and reviewing claims for members enrollment
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
- Inbound call center and scheduling experience within a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge in COBRA, HIPAA, and FSA
- Knowledge of medical insurance and benefits strongly preferred
- Requires critical thinking skills and detail oriented
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Because this position is in a healthcare setting, immunization records must be up-to-date (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Flu, Covid-19).
