Lakeshore is seeking qualified applicants for a Customer Service Support Staff position located in Hebron, Kentucky. This is an opportunity to work for a stable and reputable company. This position is full time in the office and is starting as a 3-month contract with strong potential to extend. Qualified candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Pay for this position is $20.00/hr.
Job Duties

Process customer orders accurately within established standards

Process customers return and credit requests

Provide price and availability to customers as requested

Utilize electronic archival system to retain customers orders received.

Ability to focus on detail & accuracy while working in a fast paced environment.

Ability to assimilate production information.

Have good analytical and problem solving skills.

Self-starter, disciplined, well organized and assertive.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

Proficient operation of PC and associated software

Understand buy programs, packaging information and convert customer parts to company specific nomenclature.

Work autonomously to achieve customer satisfaction and team goals.

Must be able to work cooperatively in a team environment.
