Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a SaaS company based by Broomfield in their search for a Customer Success Manager. This role is responsible for monitoring and engaging clients to ensure a successful partnership. You will serve as a customer advocate, driving industry best practices and positioning the platform as a key driver to the customer's success. It will be your responsibility to ensure customers are successfully using the application by understanding their business objectives and recommending strategies to achieve those goals. This will report to the Director of Customer Success. Qualified candidates who live out of state can be considered, but travel to Colorado would be required every other month.


This is a direct-hire role paying $65-$80K with opportunity for a 10% annual bonus. 



  • Ensure regular communication with client contacts on key accounts; provide strategies to optimize utilization, adoption, analytics and ROI
  • Provide initial training for new users, as well as on-going training for existing users
  • Upsell features to support ongoing customer adoption and utilization towards success criteria
  • Provide feedback to product team and management concerning response to products and services
  • Provide insight on customers' needs to internal teams on a regular basis; represent customers' views, requirements and experience throughout the organization
  • Work closely with internal company stakeholders, sharing customer information and escalating issues as required
  • Communicate goals and results upwards, across and to team members to ensure standards are met and customer success is achieved
  • Willing to travel <30%



  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5-7 years customer facing experience
  • Prior SaaS customer success experience preferred
  • Experience using customer relationship management software, Salesforce strongly preferred
  • Project management experience a plus
  • Strategic minded with strong customer-centric philosophy
  • Ability to train using virtual tools or in front of large groups
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office and Google product suite
