Lakeshore Talent is currently seeking a Desktop Support/Business Systems Associate for one of their clients, a large, well-known company based in Denver, CO. This is an in-office, contract to hire position and pays $28-30/hour (depending on experience) with one day/week remote. Must be open to travel to Houston for training.

Background check and drug screen required upon hire.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Desktop Support/Business Systems Associate. The position is experienced desktop/floor support with HIGH levels of customer interaction.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Administers Windows computer systems, which includes responsibility for hardware, software, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, cell phones/iPads (iOS), printers and the occasional network server
  • Troubleshoot PC, network and telecom issues. Knowledge of Microsoft products, VMware Horizon, VoIP, Cisco, Active Directory, and Dell/Lenovo devices expected.
  • Knowledge of AV systems is a plus
  • Provide general system support to multiple locations and be on call for system maintenance
  • Keep up with new technological innovations/trends and recommend ideas that will give the Denver Division a competitive advantage

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years related experience working with Windows operating systems and customer support
  • VERY strong interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels of the organization, including VP and Executive level support
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail a must
